Responsibilities
- Designing attractive and user-friendly graphic elements for our website, including banners, product images, and other visual content
- Creating marketing materials for different channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements
- Improving the user experience through thoughtful designs that strengthen our brand
- Working together with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and turn them into engaging visual content
- Ensuring consistency in our brand identity and making sure all designs follow our visual style guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Excellent skills with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other relevant tools
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams
- A portfolio with examples of previous design projects

Fiora Lane is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Online Fashion Sales & Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide personal advice, answer customer questions, and help create an excellent online shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers online and providing personal, professional advice about fashion and style
- Helping customers choose the right size and fit so they feel confident about their purchase
- Answering customer questions by email and other online communication channels
- Supporting customers with questions about orders, products, delivery, returns, and sizing
- Helping improve the online shopping experience through friendly and clear communication
- Supporting daily e-commerce activities where needed, such as product information, customer feedback, and order-related support
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Passion for fashion and a good sense of style and trends
- Ability to give personal advice and help customers find suitable items
