Orders are only taken into processing after the payment has been successfully and fully completed.
If a payment is declined, incomplete, or not authorised, the order will not be processed.

If you are entitled to a refund, for example after an approved return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned item via the original payment method.
